The programme in NTU was established in 2002, and it is one of the earliest programmes in NTU. We get to meet many accomplished entrepreneurs in the programme, and they will share their experiences with us. Also, NTU has many partnerships with different companies in Singapore, and those who wish to work in Singapore can choose to intern with one of these partner companies.

What do you study in this programme?

We cover a wide range of knowledge, such as basic finance knowledge, entrepreneurship policies between Singapore and China, foundational knowledge in venture financing and so on. We learn how to craft a business plan, do market research to determine the suitability of our startup and how to pitch our ideas to a team. One of the more useful and memorable aspects of the programme is the mock negotiations, where students role-play and learn how to negotiate deals in a real-life business setting.
